About the Event
This course is an introduction to Mat Pilates by the end of the course my hope is you will feel confident with the language around Pilates and some of the exercises. As well as a new found awareness of how your body can move and how we can incorporate Pilates into our everyday. Everyone can work at thier own pace and I will offer modifications throughout the course.
June 7th. - Breath, awareness & exercises. The Hundred (First Exercise in the Mat repetoire)
June 14th - Spinal Movement, all the different ways we can move our spines and Pilates exercises to show that.
June 21st - Shoulders & Arms + Hips & Legs. Awareness & exercises
June 28th - Head & Eye focus & 30 min Pilates class
